(FOX40.COM) — The California Highway Patrol, South Sacramento Division, is investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash that left a pedestrian dead on Wednesday morning.
According to CHP, dispatch received a call at around 8:16 a.m. of someone lying in a ditch off the roadway of Waterman and Florin Road.
