ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR)– A new holiday tradition has emerged at Center in the Square called “The Great Gingerbread Escape,” a scavenger hunt for families created by Kids Square for families to explore the entire building.
“A great wind blew through Kids Square Children’s Museum, blew open the doors, and these gingerbread have hidden all over Center in the Square,” said Felicia Branham, the executive director of Kids Square. “Each one is holding a letter. If you do the hunt in the consecutive order, it’s going to reveal what that Christmas message is that they’re trying to tell us.”
