HARRISBURG – A 42-year-old man was arrested in Harrisburg Monday on criminal homicide charges in the death of a Chambersburg woman, who was found Sunday lying face down in a pool of blood, according to police and media reports.
Andre Romulus had fled the scene after allegedly attacking the woman, who police identified as Marjorie Jocelyn, a 33-year-old resident of Chambersburg. Romulus was taken into custody by members of the Chambersburg Police Department, Franklin County Sheriff’s Office and the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force.
Police were called at 2:20 a.m. Sunday to an address in the Unit Block of W. Washington Street. The first responding officer arriving was requested to check the welfare of a Ms. Jocelyn. The officer found she was unconscious, unresponsive and required medical assistance.
