EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 46-year-old man was arrested last week for obstruction after he became uncooperative and threatened to shoot deputies during a civil escort situation in Horizon, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
The Sheriff’s Office says they responded at around 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 16, to the 200 block of Sunset Hills Drive in reference to a civil escort call.
Deputies arrived to assist an individual who was a former roommate of Scott Duane Fair, 46. The individual wanted to retrieve personal belongings from the residence.
Upon arriving at the residence, deputies advised Fair of the civil escort, and he became uncooperative, shouted profanities, and threatened to shoot the deputies, the Sheriff’s Office said…
