EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 57-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday, Dec. 23, for having an active parole violation warrant out of Austin, Texas, according to the Horizon City Police Department.
Shortly after 5:10 p.m. on Tuesday, officers responded to a disturbance call at the 300 block of Playa Vista in Horizon City. Upon arrival, officers located a subject, later identified as Michael Alvarado, matching the description provided by the reporting party in the nearby area.
