SAN ANTONIO — An appeals court has overturned a 20 year prison sentence for a man accused of shooting and killing someone 4 years ago.
In December of 2021, Valentin Gonzales was walking with his wife, Brittany Clark Gonzales, along Wurzbach Road near Babcock, when a dog ran up on them.
