WASHINGTON, D.C. (7News) — D.C. Fire and EMS Special Operations firefighters successfully freed an individual trapped in an elevator on Tuesday morning.
The technical rescue unfolded on the 4200 block of Massachusetts Ave NW, where the elevator had stalled a floor and a half below the lobby, leaving its sole occupant stranded.
