Woman charged with harassment in attack on Moanalua Associate AD, avoiding potentially serious penalties

HONOLULU (KHON2) — Prosecutors have charged a 38-year-old woman for her part in the attack on the Moanalua associate athletics director a couple of weeks ago.

The woman was arrested for terroristic threatening, but was charged with harassment, which means she avoids serious penalties.

38-year-old Jamilee Noga was arrested Tuesday for her role in the Dec. 4 attack on Moanalua High School Associate Athletics Director Natalie Iwamoto. She faced a terroristic threatening charge in the first degree, which is a class-C felony.

“Nat was at the receiving end of it, but it happens time and time again,” said Brandy Richardson, Kamehameha Schools-Kapalama Athletics Director/basketball official. “To officials, to coaches and even to athletic directors. I mean, you look at the outpour of support. More needs to be done, and it’s unfortunate that this guy, Noga, is ruining it for all parents out there.”…
