Rockland County, NY (WRGB) — The New York Attorney General’s Office of Special Investigation has opened an investigation into the death of 45-year-old Bravo Nondo from Albany, who was fatally hit by a vehicle driven by off-duty New York City Police Department officer 35-year-old Gregg Albaum.
The incident occurred on Dec. 18, 2025, at approximately 4:40 a.m. in Nanuet, Rockland County. Albaum was merging onto the New York State Thruway southbound at Exit 14 when he hit Nondo, who had exited a stopped car.
