DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Martin County Coroner’s Office in Eastern Kentucky is asking for the public’s help in locating the family / next of kin of Larry D. Webb.
The office described him as a 59-year-old, white man and approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall.
His last known address was 7199 Maynard Avenue in Dayton, Ohio.
