Man charged after deadly bow and arrow attack

A New Jersey man was charged with murder and aggravated arson following an hourslong standoff with police in the wake of a deadly bow and arrow attack, authorities said.

The unusual series of events began when police responded to a report of an injured man around 6:45 p.m. on Dec. 20.
