KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Tinsel the Cow is an inflatable Christmas decoration that has become a beacon of joy in Whittington Creek.
Jenn and Mark Hultz decided to start the game on a whim as a way to make their kids smile. In less than two days, it morphed into a neighborhood wide “capture the flag” event.
“We were about to head out to go Christmas lights viewing, and I put it in the front yard,” Jenn said. “I posted it in our neighborhood Facebook page, and we went out for an hour and a half. She had already been gone and stolen five times.”…
