3 finalists announced for Pensacola Police Chief position; Public forum set for Jan. 13

PENSACOLA, Fla. — The City of Pensacola has narrowed down three candidates to be the city’s next police chief.

The candidates are:

  • Brian Dugan — a retired police chief for the City of Tampa
  • Eric Winstrom — police chief for the City of Grand Rapids, Michigan
  • Erik Goss — acting deputy police chief for the City of Pensacola

All three candidates will participate in a public forum on Jan. 13. It will be held at the Saenger Theatre starting at 5:30 p.m.

This will allow community to hear from each finalist and learn more about their vision for the police department…
