James “Jay” Jones Named Executive Director of the Beach Institute & King-Tisdell Cottage

The King-Tisdell Cottage Foundation announces the appointment of James “Jay” Jones as Executive Director of the Beach Institute African American Cultural Center and the King-Tisdell Cottage.

A respected community leader and public servant, Jones brings extensive leadership experience and strong statewide relationships that will advance the Foundation’s mission to preserve and promote African American history, culture, and artistic expression in Savannah. He is also an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., reflecting a longstanding commitment to service, leadership, and community engagement.
