Nevada – Streetlights glow against swirling flakes before sunrise as wet snow begins to stick on colder surfaces. The air feels sharp, wind tugs at jackets, and winter Weather conditions are developing quickly across the Reno–Carson City corridor.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory through early Friday. Snow spreads across the region today, with the most impactful conditions expected this morning and again this evening. Valley locations, including Reno and Sparks, may see a trace to one inch of snow, while higher elevations above 5,500 feet could collect several inches.
