According to a Facebook post by the Lassen County District Attorney’s Office, on Dec. 11, a Lassen County Superior Court jury convicted Somethonit Phoumychack, 37, of Reno, Nevada, of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more.
The jury also found true special allegations that Phoumychack refused to submit to a chemical test and had an elevated blood alcohol content of over .20 percent.
