Bellevue woman’s death ruled as homicide

Bellevue police believed the death of a 27-year-old woman last month was suspicious. Now, the King County Medical Examiner has ruled the death a homicide.

When police arrived at a home on Northeast 10th Street on October 27, they found Raajitha Sabbineni unresponsive. She was pronounced deceased, and officers noted her death as suspicious.

Bellevue woman died by strangulation

On Monday, that suspicion was confirmed. The King County Medical Examiner ruled Sabbineni’s cause of death as asphyxia/strangulation, and the manner of death was homicide.

Police had no comment on whether they have a suspect or a motive, but they say people in Bellevue have no reason for concern…
