Lancaster County mobile home fire ruled an accident: coroner

The Lancaster County coroner ruled the death of a woman in a mobile home fire on Tuesday an accident in its most recent report.

Kathleen Garrity, 69, of Bainbridge, died at 1:02 p.m. from smoke inhalation and thermal burns, which was ruled an accident.

The coroner responded at 11:55 a.m. on Dec. 23 to King’s River Haven mobile home park in Conoy Township for a fire. Garrity’s body was located inside the home and pronounced dead at the scene…
