GREER, S.C. (WSPA) – While many of us will be gathering around the dinner table with loved ones on Christmas, some people don’t have anywhere to go. One Upstate organization is hoping to spread Christmas cheer with warm meals.
It took days of preparation and hours of volunteering for the Daily Bread Ministries in Greer to get their Christmas feast out of the kitchen and into the hands of anyone in need of a meal.
“We’re having fettuccine alfredo today with green beans, fresh green beans, and a wonderful salad, homemade salad dressing and we’re doing death by chocolate,” Director of Operations Martha Bennett said…
