TROY — ’Twas a stretch of November when a picture was gone from a library branch. But not for too long.
A framed reproduction of Myron King’s 19th-century illustration of “The Night Before Christmas” was taken from the Troy Public Library’s genealogy research room for more than a week last month, according to an incident report obtained via a Freedom of Information Law request.
