Historic Des Moines theater back after over a decade

DES MOINES, Iowa — It’s a Christmas miracle for Connor Delaney, the co-owner of the newly revamped Ingersoll Dinner Theater, as a project many once thought was impossible is now days away from reopening to the public.

“If it’s close to as special as it was for me, it’s going to be very, very impactful for people of all ages,” said Delaney, the Des Moines native and broker of White Oak Realty.
