Green Bay man arrested for 4th OWI, cited for drug possession

DE PERE, Wis. (WFRV) – Following a traffic stop Tuesday night in De Pere, a Green Bay man is now in custody for his 4th OWI offense and was cited for possession of drugs.

According to a release from the Wisconsin State Patrol Northeast Region Fond du Lac Post, a trooper attempted to stop a vehicle on I-41 near milepost 162 after watching the vehicle have difficulty staying in its lane and hitting a concrete barrier on the shoulder of the highway.

Officials say the traffic stop was initiated at 9:04 p.m. on the Main Avenue exit ramp, but the driver continued until eventually pulling over into the Festival Foods parking lot.
