LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A Lincoln woman was cited following a crash that temporarily slowed traffic in south Lincoln Tuesday.
Lincoln Fire and Rescue was called to 40th Street and Old Cheney Road at 10:49 a.m. for a crash in the intersection.
