SAN ANTONIO — Authorities have issued a CLEAR Alert for a 19-year-old woman last seen early Christmas Eve outside her home in northwest Bexar County.
Camila Mendoza Olmos was captured on a neighbor’s surveillance video shortly before 7 a.m. Wednesday, in the 11000 block of Caspian Spring.
