Child in Crisis? More help is now available at new Intermountain Primary Children’s Hospital new Behavioral Health Center in Taylorsville

TAYLORSVILLE, Utah (ABC4 Utah) – Intermountain Children’s Health is expanding critically needed mental health services by opening a new Behavioral Health Center in Taylorsville, dedicated to family-centered care in helping children and teens in crisis.

“Simply put, more help is available to kids and families when it’s desperately needed,” said Chase Knaphus, a licensed clinical social worker and director of intensive services for pediatric behavioral health for Intermountain Children’s Health. “We want everyone to know that we’re in this together. No one is alone in their mental health journey.”
