Gregg A. Henritzy, 78, of Walnutport, was pronounced dead in the Emergency Department at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Cedar Crest at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 25, according to the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office.
Henritzy died from multiple blunt force injuries sustained in a motor vehicle collision, with the manner of death ruled an accident, Coroner Gregg A. Henritzy said in a release issued Friday, Dec. 26.
