Friday Morning Update: After near-record-breaking warmth on Christmas Day, we start off this Friday on the mild side in the upper 50s. As a reminder, our normal *highs* for this time of year is 60 degrees, and we’re almost there first thing in the morning. Whew! It’s going to be another warm day with highs in the mid 70s, but first we have to deal with widespread dense dog. Visibilities are down to 1 mile or less and it will be a hour or so before we start to see conditions improving.
There will be an increase in cloud cover today and going into the weekend, but we will still get our share of sunshine and above average temperatures. Rain and much cooler temps return to the forecast right before we welcome in 2026.
