The Cincinnati Police Department has issued a plea to the public for assistance in locating a missing teenager, 14-year-old Promise Smith-Champion. The teen was reported last seen near 47 E. Hollister St. in the Mt. Auburn area on Sunday, December 21. A social media post shared by the department included details of Promise’s physical description and a contact number for the detective handling the case.
In the effort to bring Promise home, authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
