Pennsylvania inmate tries to allegedly recruit someone to tie up his own mother and rob her for $68,000

ERIE, Pa. — A Pennsylvania inmate is facing multiple charges after allegedly trying to recruit another inmate to rob his mother and stepfather, according to our CBS affiliate KDKA.

Keegan Baker, 28, of Erie, was incarcerated at SCI Forest in Forest County when he allegedly approached a fellow inmate with a plan to break into his mother’s home. Authorities say Baker instructed that both his mother and stepfather be tied up and tased during the robbery.
