Group pulls out of Pa. Farm Show because of highly contagious horse herpes virus

Pennsylvania high school students will not compete at the upcoming Farm Show due to concerns about the highly contagious equine herpesvirus.

The Pennsylvania Farm Show announced on Facebook Wednesday the Pennsylvania High School Rodeo Association will not participate in the 2026 show “out of an abundance of caution.”
