MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – There’s been growing fallout after a deadly shooting at an East Memphis house rented out on VRBO. The crime scene hasn’t been cleaned up, and now neighbors are fed up with the man who owns the property.
A quick check of the assessor’s website shows Slava Bosin owns more than 160 houses in Shelby County.
He’s a real estate investor with a huge portfolio and growing resentment from neighbors who are still looking at trash and debris nearly a week after the shooting at one of his rental properties…
