SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — The mother of the 9-year-old girl found dead in Utah is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
Ashlee Buzzard, who was moved to the Northern Branch Jail on Wednesday morning, has her initial court appearance in Santa Barbara County, according to court documents obtained by KUTV.
