AUSTIN, Texas — The Austin Police Aggravated Assault Unit is asking for the public’s assistance in getting information related to an aggravated assault case involving a deadly weapon that took place in SE Austin in November. The department is also looking for information regarding the identity of a suspect.
On Wednesday, November 19th, 2025, at approximately 6:36 a.m., APD officers responded to the area of 1700 Burton Drive regarding a victim who sustained a gunshot wound after a disturbance with a male. The male suspect left the scene before officers arrived.
