Two separate snowmobile crashes earlier this week in the Northwoods killed two riders, including a Wisconsin man who died in the western Upper Peninsula, authorities said.
In Iron County a 58-year-old man was killed Monday night after crashing on Trail 17 in the Town of Oma near Finn Point Road, according to the Iron County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were called to the scene at about 8:15 p.m. after reports of a snowmobile crash. The rider was initially reported to be unconscious but breathing, authorities said. He later became unresponsive, and CPR was performed. The man was pronounced dead at the scene…
