Nevada – Snowflakes swirl through streetlights and cling to windshields this morning as winter tightens its grip on the Reno-Carson City area. Roads feel slick under tires, and gusty winds whip loose snow across higher terrain, signaling a challenging start to the day.
According to the National Weather Service in Reno, a Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect through mid-morning. Wet snow continues early, with accumulations of 2 to 6 inches above 5,500 feet.
