Brush fires break out, endanger buildings across the CSRA

EUREKA, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – A number of brush fires broke out Friday afternoon across the CSRA, including one that endangered buildings.

Around 2:30 p.m., crews in Aiken County were fighting a brush fire that burned part of a shed and was running toward some woods in the 70 block of Burnette Drive off Bent Arrow Drive and Old Friar Road.

A mobile home was in danger at one point, according to crews at the scene…
