Baltimore detectives use school surveillance to track down suspect in 2024 murder

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Homicide detectives used a school’s surveillance cameras and DNA evidence to identify a suspect in a shooting that left a woman dead near school property in northwest Baltimore, according to court records.

Christine Liddic-Rozzell, 49, was found dead on a pathway close to Windsor Hills Elementary/Middle School on March 13, 2024. The charging documents for Kameron Oliver, 24, who allegedly killed her, state that Liddic-Rozzell’s body was discovered by a parent who was walking their child to school

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced in a press statement earlier this week that Oliver had been extradited from New Jersey to Maryland on Dec. 19.

Oliver’s charging documents describe Liddic-Rozzell as someone who struggled with a drug addiction. Homicide detectives interviewed her friends, roommates, and associates and learned that “she would prostitute for money on Garrison Boulevard.”…
