Tennessee man arrested for reckless homicide in crash near Lake Wylie: Trooper

A Tennessee man has been arrested on a charge of reckless homicide from a Dec. 16 crash in York County in which a Clover man died, according to the S.C. Highway Patrol and court and jail records.

Troopers took Joseph Lee Boles, 51, of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, into custody Thursday, nine days after the collision on S.C. 274, said Master Trooper Hannah Davidson.
