CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — As Christmas decorations come down across the area, the City of Chattanooga is reminding residents there is a free option for getting rid of live Christmas trees.
But this year, the post-holiday cleanup comes with a bigger economic conversation attached.
Americans still tend to prefer artificial trees over live ones, according to the American Christmas Tree Association.
