CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Hamilton County is experiencing a notable decline in drug overdose deaths, marking the fourth consecutive year of reductions.
Preliminary figures estimate 180 overdose deaths for the year, a 35% decrease from 2024 and a 68% drop from the peak of 570 deaths in 2017, when the area had one of the highest overdose death rates in the nation.
