LORAIN, Ohio — Exzavier Carrion, the 18-year-old man recently arrested amid an investigation into a shooting that left dozens of shell casings scattered across a neighborhood, appeared virtually in Lorain Municipal Court on Friday.
Carrion is facing multiple felony firearms charges stemming from the incident last week in Sheffield Lake and Lorain.
