GREENSBORO, N.C. — As the new year begins, buying a home remains a common New Year’s resolution, and Triad real estate experts say the local housing market may finally be moving toward more stable ground.
After years of fluctuations between strong sellers’ and buyers’ markets, the Piedmont Triad could see a more balanced housing market in the first quarter, according to Greensboro realtor Bill Warmath.
“I will readily admit an optimistic outlook,” said Warmath, a realtor with Keller Williams One in Greensboro and the incoming 2026 president of the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association. “I feel like we’re going to see a pretty good first quarter. I think we have a lot of indicators that are pointing in the right direction.”…
