SCOTTSBORO, Ala. — A police chase that began the night of Wednesday, Dec. 17 in Madison County and crossed into Jackson County resulted in two arrests and was later connected to a lockdown at Highlands Medical Center.
Authorities confirmed the incident stemmed from a shooting reported around 10pm on 6500 block on University Drive in Huntsville, where a security guard had sustained a gunshot wound.
