ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — One person was injured, and several cars were damaged after a crash on Christmas Day in Escambia County, Florida Highway Patrol said.

The crash happened at about 1 p.m. when a 65-year-old Atmore woman was driving south on U.S. 29, coming up to State Road 97. The woman reportedly failed to stop for a red light, and her car hit a car driven by a 30-year-old Molino woman, who was driving west on State Road 97 approaching U.S. 29.
