RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A deadly pedestrian crash left a 25-year-old Richmond man dead on Christmas night on Interstate 95, prompting an investigation by Virginia State Police (VSP).
On Friday, Dec. 26, VSP shared a press release regarding an investigation into a deadly pedestrian crash that occurred on Thursday, Dec. 25, around 9 p.m. on I-95 northbound, near where it connects to I-64 east and N. 7th Street.
