Something daring is making waves at Wellington’s new aquatics center

WELLINGTON, Fla. (CBS12) — When Wellington opens its state-of-the-art Aquatics Center on January 3, swimmers won’t just dive into the water.

The grand opening kicks off at 8 a.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 3410 120th Avenue South, followed by a free community celebration until 1:00 p.m. Admission is free all day, giving residents and visitors a chance to explore the facility’s impressive features, according to the news release.
