On a recent afternoon along Sixth Street, a customer flips through racks of vintage band T-shirts while motorcycles rumble past outside on historic Route 66. Inside Ripptaggs Vintage Clothing, denim is folded neatly on tables, sports graphics line the walls and a collage of magazine clippings stretches across the front counter, anchoring a space designed as much for browsing as buying.
Behind the counter, owner Michael Geeker watches the floor, pulling sizes and pointing out recent arrivals — many of which weren’t on the racks just days earlier.
