BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A Baton Rouge Fire Department captain is accused of driving while intoxicated in Livingston Parish over the weekend.
The Baton Rouge Fire Department confirmed that Captain William Niette has been placed on administrative leave pending an internal investigation following his arrest on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
