UPDATE 5:36 p.m.PCSD is asking for the public’s help in locating a stolen car and a person of interest connected to the shooting.
The person is described as a Caucasian or Hispanic male, approximately 6 feet tall and weighing about 200 pounds.
The car is described as a white 2012 Volvo XC 90, with Arizona license plate number C4A8Z4.
PCSD urges you not to approach the person or car, but to call 911 or 88-crime if you have any information.
