In wake of Friday evening’s snowfall, much of the weekend will be quiet, albeit chilly. That cold air will be stuck at the surface later Sunday even as much warmer air moves in thousands of feet above or heads, which will unfortunately create a favorable environment for icy conditions. Much colder air follows this storm up for the remainder of next week as we usher in 2026.
